Website TesterRemote / ContractExplore IBrandBiz as a real visitor and customer. Follow everyday journeys through our service pages, account tools, IBrand Studio, and Stock Assets Library, then report anything that makes those experiences confusing or unreliable.Responsibilities

Follow team-provided test scenarios across website navigation, search, forms, account tools, and approved checkout test environments.

Check pages on desktop and mobile browsers for broken links, layout problems, and confusing interactions.

Record issues with clear reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and screenshots or recordings.

Give practical feedback on usability, clarity, and accessibility.

Retest fixes and communicate findings reliably with the team.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how websites work.

Comfort navigating websites and trying different user journeys.

Clear written communication and the ability to follow test instructions.

Access to a computer, an internet connection, and a mobile device for browser checks.

Formal quality-assurance experience is welcome but not required.

Helpful experience

Experience testing websites, forms, or online customer journeys.

Familiarity with branding, small-business tools, or AI-powered web platforms.

Experience writing bug reports or checking keyboard navigation and accessibility.
